First of all, I would like to Salute! my old CSG friends and team mates. It's been too long.

I would like to report that the DSA is now 23 members strong and rebuilding to a 50 member Regiment. We are seriously looking at MWLL and rejoining the MWL, helping to rebuild the Wolf's Freelancers in a combined team effort before we form the DSA as a team of it's own. We await Mekteks' release of MW4 and Smith and Tinker's MW game.

My main agenda was to drop in and say hello, however this topic caught my attention. Forming an MWLL team will most probably be our next move in reintroducing the DSA to the active gaming BT/MW realms. I am interested in your Open Forum input on this subject. I believe you will provide insightful and valuable information which we will all benefit from. 

I would also like to extend an invitation to join us at our DSA Forum. It's been quite awhile for me. I have never forgotten my past affiliation and membership with CSG and the enjoyment I found with you. I have recently had a series of major operations begining with a complete bowel resection ending with Open Heart surgery in the 2009 year. That as related to wounds received in Vn, 1967. Hopefully all is now correct and with my new parts I hope to be playing MW long past my 100th birthday. As that is some 37 plus years away, I'm afraid you'll have to put up with me for many more years to come!

Great to see you, I saw your forum the other day and looks pretty active.  I check the old Delphi forums every so often.   How is the MWLL beta going?  Im still waiting for my Crysis from ebay but hope soon.

Yes, 2009 was not one of my favorite years. I don't think I've had worse since Vn, 1967 and 68. It's been over a year and I am just now getting back into the swing of things once again.

The MWLL Mod is being discussed at a meeting we are holding today on TS. I have introduced the DSA and myself to the community but am currently just registered on the Forum as DSA WarHorse. We've got 23 active members all chomping at the bit. MWLL is a possibility for future drops by the DSA.

The DSA is also Licensed and Commissioned as a Mercenary Force in the Battle Mech Hanger Mod and I am a General with the FFS House Davion in ISW. I'm sure that if ISW ever gets it's act together more DSA will follow. I have also proposed the DSA signing up with Wolf's Freelancers in MWL as a Brigade with-in their Regiment and am awaiting their reply. If the membership enjoys MWL play we shall form our own Merc Unit at some point in the future.

Today, the DSA will discuss the above and establish our direction. I believe that we will be using the Mektek MechMatch servers for online training as we see this as the one place we can all reach when Mektek launches it's 3.1 release of MW4 Mercenaries on the MTX Installer. Because the current DL and Install of Mercenaries only covers the 32 bit system 64 bit computers won't be able to DL and Install their IS and Clan Mech Packs. 3.1 will correct that when released.

I have 2 computers currently, one with 32 bit and Mercenaries et' al installed and a 64 bit system with no MW4 et' al installed currently. If I am to play with full Mech Packs I must revert to my older system to do so. I am purchasing the HP Pavillion Elite gaming computer after an exhustive search for the best buy possible. I tried to link it here but I was unable to do so. I could have also included other useful links and DL instructions as well.

Please continue to drop by the DSA site as we are always happy to greet our CSG friends. I have always considered the CSG as allied with the DSA because of my past CSG membership and DSA history. I shall always consider CSG and House Davion to be allied no matter in what BT/MW realms the DSA participates. CSG was where it all began for me.
